Bayside Roofing Professionals did a fantastic job on our roof located in Carollwood, the Tampa, Florida area. We expected this process to be a painful experience but it turned out to be just the opposite. The price was fair and as per estimate. The crew was on time and finished ahead of schedule. Bayside Roofing Professionals are exactly what their name states. They are extremely diligently, honest, reliable, and professional from the beginning until the end. I called Pat to come look at the roof of the house we were purchasing. He was out within a day and spent at least 2 hours thoroughly combing every part of the roof, inside and out. Bayside Roofing Professionals came to replace the shingles when they said they would and did a very good job of clean up. Heavy rain since shows no leaks thus far. They were the only company to address the flat roof area that has standing water and they fixed it according to code along with other wind mitigation for insurance. All facia that needed replacing was done and they had no surprise charges, the job was completed at the quoted price. Nikki in the office was very helpful.
